My boyfriend is reading HBP and he logged on to an online game this morning before work. Keep in mind he's in the middle of the book and is reading it quite fast (almost as fast as me).

... someone shouted a spoiler of the end of the book to him.

He is so barking mad, it's not even funny.

It started about a week before the book came out. Just insane. I used to see, I don't know, 20 posts a day from this user alone. He virtually spammed dozens of communities over and over again. And there were others too. Apparently, it was so important to spoil the masses of HP nurds, that the spammers actually built sites for that and spammed all over LJ for a week. Talk about having no life... :/

I complained to LJ and they said that there was nothing illegal about repeatedly spamming communities with spoilers. *rolls eyes*
