I want to draw something. Anything. So I came up with a good way to get inspiration.

You Guys!

Here is the idea:

Give me a scene from HBP that involves Snape (Snape is a must) that you'd like to see illustrated, and I'll do my best to do it. Depending on how the mood goes for the piece, it'll either be a doodle or a painting, but I'd love some ideas. :)

I'd say "You dare use my own spells against me, Potter? It was I who invented them -- I, the Half-Blood Prince!" but that's the same scene as "DON'T CALL ME COWARD!"

So how about the scene from "Snape Victorious" after Dumbledore announced who would be teaching Potions and who would be teaching DADA:

"Snape, who was sitting on Dumbledore's right, did not stand up at the mention of his name; he merely raised a hand in lazy acknowledgement of the applause from the Slytherin table, yet Harry was sure he could detect a look of trimph on the features he loathed so much."

I'd second the person above who asked for the scene of Harry and Snape in the lavatory, after Harry injured Draco. But specifically, the moment when Snape legilimizes Harry against his will, and calls him a liar.

I'd like to see Snape holding Draco all bloody after the SectumSempra curse, trying to heal his wounds, with Harry watching in horror because he'd like to be the one being held by Snape, but then wouldn't we all?.

Seconding this one rather than the others above mentioning the bathroom scene, mainly because there's mention of the healing being involved. Perhaps a bit of creative interpretation on this odd magic that was like a song... a bit of blood on Snape's hands, strands of greasy hair hanging down unheeded into his eyes as he focuses on his efforts. :)

Snape's pudding comment is one of the funniest lines in the book! :=)

But I think I'd vote for Snape healing Draco in the bathroom while Harry watched in horror. Hurt/comfort, you know. ;=)

Yes it is...though I think his comment to Pettigrew at Spinner's End comes a close second. ("Of course you can," said Snape, sneering. "But in the meantime bring us drinks.")

I'd also really like to see Snape healing Draco in the bathroom - except that someone on my f-list posted exactly that scene a couple of days ago. :)
