I am re-reading the books and realising how much I miss the community and the fandom.  I am meandering in a few fandoms lately, but I mostly keep coming back to this one.

*Sigh*  I miss you guys.  I wish I had magic so I could add lots and lots of hours I could use to write and devote to a favorite hobby of mine: putting Snape in situations that constantly annoy the hell out of him. :)

I started re-reading HBP and reading a lot of fic lately, and I'm just like you - I miss the fandom a lot these days. Not the stupid drama that was around at times, but the HP community in general.

Exactly ... well, there's nothing stopping us from rekindling the old flame a bit, isn't there? I am planning to finish a couple of fics I had started, and firing off some one-shots soon. What can I say, I'm reading HBP as well and it's inspiring the hell out of me. My inner Snape is a little concerned, and rightly so! :)

holy cow, ya it's been ages. Knockturnal Ruins was my introduction to fandom in general so it's nice to see people from HP fandom then still around. Haven't been active in HP since then, though inexplicably, I am going to Azkatraz this summer (nice and close to Comic Con). What other fandoms are you meandering through now?

Not many to tell you the truth. DS9 mostly (I'm on a retro kick these days), Supernatural ... been trying to resist the Twilight craze and go completely against the grain and slash Ed, but I can't for some reason.

We have missed you too!!! I can still remember when I came into Knockturnal Ruins and met you, and all the others and in general was introduced to the wonderful madness of HP Fandom. I miss those days, it was so much fun. My own activity levels are near zero, but I'm hoping to dig some inspiration up soon.

I hope you get the time at some point, so you can annoy the hell out of Snape again in some way.

Things are okay here. Taking it day to day. May is going to be hell on wheels because I've got so much going on, but all in all I can't complain.

Yeah, we've had a couple, albeit benign, cases of the flu over in the province.

I'm terribly overworked, but at a job I enjoy, so I can't really complain. Also got some home projects flying awry like cornish pixies, but I live in hope to one day get organized lol.
